Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your rain drum. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to start a return
Email us at support@madespecial.store with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items should be returned in the condition you received them, with all included parts and packaging where possible.
- Gift Pair (Buy 1 + Get 1 FREE) and bundle orders can be returned in full or in part; for partial returns, the refund is based on the price paid per item in that bundle.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid, and you won't need to return the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund. Original shipping charges and optional Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order.
